Hertfordshire Case Study: 'Innovation in Crime Prevention'

Most homicides are solved within days; about 90 percent of murder victims knew the perpetrator. But when cases are more complex, solving them requires a methodical, in-depth investigation.

For the Hertfordshire Constabulary, the police department for the County of Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, that means taking a collaborative approach to solving homicides and the causes of homicides. Hertfordshire County, just north of London, is home to 1.1 million people, and sees about 15 homicides and 50 road deaths annually. Read Full Article

New GroupSystems Employee: Denise Robertson

Denise Robertson, Support & Educational Services Manager

Denise Robertson is responsible for user services, customer support, and training. Denise has an extensive background in project, program, and product management, as well as process development, instructional design, and multimedia implementation. Denise brings proven knowledge and a wealth of skills to all facets of customer service. She is committed to making the user experience engaging, useful, and inspiring. Previously Denise has held a number of technical, leadership, and support positions in application software companies such as Intergraph, Mentor Graphics, Spatial Technology, and SignalSoft. Denise holds a B.S. in Information Systems Management from the University of San Francisco, and has received PMI PMP and ITIL certifications.

Denise is focused on implementing programs that teach users how to integrate collaboration into their organizational processes and guide innovation activities in the virtual meeting environment. Uniting all aspects of customer care into an information-rich and inviting experience is the goal she has established for the Support and Educational Services.
