Alumni Program Details
Over three million people have experienced a meeting using GroupSystems (GS) since its inception. Born out of a powerful partnership between academia and the corporate sector, GroupSystems continues to strive toward improving Group Intelligence. Creation of the Alumni Program is our newest effort to reconnect with the people who have actually experienced GroupSystems. It is our goal to encourage a community where success stories, best practices, and new findings are shared in one easily accessible space.
Below is an explanation of the benefits and attributes that define each of the three levels of Alumni.

Champion Alumni- Level One Champion Alumni are quite literally GroupSystems Champions. To reach this level, an Alumni must exhibit heavy participation in the Alumni Community and actively refer other GroupSystems Alumni. At this level Alumni benefit include:

Groupie Alumni- Level Two Groupie Alumni refers to the commitment these individuals have toward GroupSystems and its products. To reach this level, an Alumni must exhibit occasional participation in the Alumni Community and refer other GroupSystems Alumni. At this level Alumni benefit include:

Casual Alumni- Level Three Casual Alumni applies to any individual that has experienced GroupSystems and wishes to be a member of the community. At this level Alumni benefit include:

Referral Point System
To encourage Alumni to actively refer other possible Alumni GroupSystems is offering an incentive program with many different perks. Along with this program and the evaluation of an Alumnus participation in the program will allow an individual to advance to the next tier with in the program.
For every possible Alumni that is referred and joins GroupSystems Alumni Program, ten points (One Innovatar) will be issued. These points can be redeemed to purchase GroupSystems branded products and other exciting items.

Alumni Participation Evaluation
For advancement an individual evaluation will be conducted on a case per case basis. The following attributes will be the basis for this evaluation.
- Participation level in Alumni community
- Quantity of Alumni Referrals
- Sales Referrals
These attributes are not the deciding factor for advancement within the program, only guidelines.
