The World Leader in Group Intelligence Delivers Outstanding Performance and Expands Management Team for Continued Growth

BROOMFIELD, CO: January 31, 2008 – GroupSystems, the world leader in group intelligence and team decision-making technology, reports 28 percent profitable revenue growth for 2007, increased customer base by 11 percent and announces an expanded management team.  For fiscal year ending December 31, 2007, revenue growth came in all four quarters, with the fourth quarter achieving 71 percent growth over the 2006 fourth quarter.

Several companies, across a wide cross-section of industries, began leveraging the power of GroupSystems’ ThinkTank.  ThinkTank is the leading SaaS solution for interactive meetings, brainstorming, prioritization, decision-making and deep team collaboration.  These companies include Crispin Porter + Bogusky, Raytheon, UNISYS, Lockheed Martin, Boeing Corporation, NASA, Oakland University, University of Manchester, Accenture, TKC Communications and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.  ”Vendors are providing more integrated collaboration functionality spanning a variety of content, communication and collaboration technologies,” said Tom Eid, research vice president for Gartner. Overall adoption will continue to increase as these technologies become more integrated with business processes.*

Edwards.  He brings extensive knowledge and successful performance in the areas of global marketing, channel revenue growth and organizational development.  Mr. Keyser has held a variety of technology leadership positions for several software and research industry leaders, including Laszlo Systems, Sun Microsystems, J. D. Edwards, and the National Center for Atmospheric Research.  Mr. Keyser has led the development of systems ranging from PDA applications to enterprise software.  Godsey and Keyser join Luis Solis, CEO/President; Bob Shafer, Vice President of Growth; Diana Peterson, Sr. Director of Product Management; and Liz Valles, Controller.  “Jim and Brian are fabulous additions to our team,” said Solis.  “With our goal being to derive 50 percent of our total revenue from our reseller channels, Jim’s marketing and business development skills will be instrumental to this goal.”  “I also am excited to welcome Brian back to the GroupSystems family,” continues Solis.  “Brian was a critical contributor to our ThinkTank product and having his technical leadership back in a top leadership role further insures our technical and product excellence.”

“Our 2007 performance demonstrates that the global collaboration and group-intelligence market has come of age,” said Solis.  ““We are proud and heartened that the global market has been so accepting of our proven solutions.  We met our goals in 2007 and fully expect to continue our strong performance in 2008.  Our 2008 goals include building deeper relationships with existing customers, expanding the ThinkTank product portfolio and extending our market reach through new technology and reseller partnerships.  We have the market momentum, proven products and solid management team necessary to propel GroupSystems forward,” concludes Solis.
