Collaborative Strategies, Inc. offers its clients an innovative collaboration process using electronic tools and methodology. Whether in a same-time/same place environment, (traditional meeting facility) or same-time/different place (over the internet), participants become engaged and focused on the tasks being addressed. Participants are guided through a planned session by a skilled professional who has over 15 years experience in both software collaboration technology and advanced planning methodology.

A master team facilitator and an expert in the use of computer assisted meeting facilitation, Mr. Beck has established advanced meeting facilities, trained professional staffs, and personally uses these capabilities to help clients solve their most complex and challenging problems. Proficient in both face-to-face and virtual team facilitation his expertise includes meeting design, meeting planning and meeting facilitation. Currently, Mr. Beck consults under his own company, Decision Technology and is a GroupSystems Partner supporting clients with training and facilitation in the Washington, DC Metro area.

JRH Associates, Inc., a management consulting company specializing in group and process facilitation; training; and collaborative technology systems facilitation and leasing in the Washington, DC, metropolitan area. The President and CEO, JR Holt, is a "Certified Master Facilitator" and "Certified Professional Facilitator" with seventeen years of experience using traditional facilitation methods to heighten group communication in sessions such as leadership development, team building, strategic planning, business process reengineering, and process analysis. Ms. Holt, has also conducted computer-based staffing analyses, financial studies, and efficiency review studies as a Management Analyst (GM-343-13) for the US Army and Navy.
