User Interface/User Experience Designer

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the relationship with our client. In this role, the ideal candidate will act as a liaison between the client and GroupSystems to support the ongoing success of the client and the continued use of ThinkTank.
Ideal Candidate
– Collaborate with the client to execute and support technical requirements necessary to run a successful ThinkTank session. This includes: preparing mobile rigs and/or servers, ensuring network access, bandwidth and signal strength, and troubleshooting network and/or server issues.
– Utilize a broad knowledge of network communications and local area network/wide area network (LAN/WAN) operations to ensure optimum configuration and operation of all ThinkTank servers.
– Identify and responds to any product defects that impact the client’s ability to successfully run a session. Tracks and communicates product enhancements from the client to the GroupSystems Product Manager. Updates the client on the status of enhancements and scheduled release dates, as required.
– Interface with clients to understand and support their session needs. This individual should be able to design, build, and assist in facilitating ThinkTank sessions, as required.
Skills Required
- Experience supporting medium to large-sized telecom clients, customers and technology required
- 3+years working in a technical or networking support environment
- In depth PC knowledge and good understanding of the Microsoft Office© applications
- Experience using a broad range of network communications and local area network/wide area network (LAN/WAN) operations
- Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently, ability to learn new technology or processes quickly is highly desired

Ideal Candidate
– Understand, define and communicate the value of Enterprise Collaboration Architecture, its relevance to large consulting firms, and its impact on the differentiation strategy for these client types.
– Develop an in-depth understanding of client business practices and clearly define how to best support their business goals and objectives through the use of ThinkTank.
– Maintain daily interaction with key account contacts, decision makers and leadership. Work to maintain an understanding of strategic goals and objectives of the client. Leverage ThinkTank as the tool to support and expedite their business goals.
– Promote positive relationships with assigned client’s customers focused on maintaining high overall customer satisfaction and maximum utilization of the product.
– Act as an advocate for the client by communicating their business needs and priorities to decision makers within the organization.
– Oversee training and development plans and processes as it pertains to teaching and training ThinkTank to client teams.
