Here is how it works: After a brief topic overview, each table of participants nominates a scribe to take notes in the GroupSystems Categorizer tool. First, the tables select a topic representing an issue they find important. GroupSystems software immediately displays the topics to other tables. Next, each table records their ideas, which are also broadcast to the other tables. GroupSystems reports enables quick reviews all of the collected feedback.
