Prioritize

There are two things that are most difficult to get people to do:  To think & to get people to do things in order of importance.
John Maxwell

Prioritizing is determining what needs to get done and in what order. Your priorities should be items that come directly from your goals.  ThinkTank’s Rank Order Vote Activity enables users to rank priorities, preferences, goals, or any other list-able items.  As you can imagine, the possibilities are endless!

Rank Order Vote is a voting method in which participants rank ideas in order of preference.  Winners are determined by giving each candidate a certain number of points corresponding to the position in which it is ranked.  Because it sometimes elects broadly acceptable candidates, rather than those preferred by the majority, the Rank Order Vote method is often described as a consensus-based voting system, rather than a majoritarian one.

To set up a ballot for your participants, type your ideas in the Rank Order Vote submission panel or use Transfer Data to move ideas from another Agenda Item.
Instruct your participants to simply drag and drop ballot items into their preferred order, and then cast their votes.
